Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Certain items may not be eligible for returns for hygiene and safety reasons, including opened beauty or skincare products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
